Hi all, Since my goal is to put the robot arm to the industrial environment, I am thinking about maintaining the accuracy of my AR4 robot arm when doing the long period of time, especially the encoder part since it will generate feedback so that the robot will remember the position without keep re calibrating itself I have seen Chris Annin use the shielding cable for the encoder wire connection, but from what I have researched, the shielding cable will have no effect of preventing interference if it is not grounded itself. If anyone also notice this and what is you guys solution to solve this problem?

Hi all, I'm trying to program the Robot Arm AR4 using RoboDK - one of the third-party software included on the ANNIN website. Does anyone have experience in connecting the robot with the software before? Is it better than using Chris's human interface?

Hello, I am in the troubleshooting process of my AR4 robots Everything seems to works fine except my J6 motor For some reason my J6 motor keep getting error in every line of code when I run the robot program I tried to troubleshooting by checking all wires, replacing a new cable for J6 motor, jog only the J6 motor as well as running calibrating separately for the J6 motor and encoder test for the robot and every tests its completely fine, but when I start running the program its keep getting error again. Can someone help me troubleshooting this problem Thank you
