I'm trying to test my encoders and limit switches, but the preloaded "test limit switches" and "test encoders" programs only run once instead of looping until stopped and do not display the values at the top of the screen as they do in the start up video. Any tips to troubleshoot?

I found some variations of the robot design in some of the demo videos, but I haven't found any documentation on the site about it. The picture below shows the AR2 robot with what appears to be a damper on the J2 axis. Does anyone have information on this? Would this be a beneficial addition to have on an Aluminum build?
