Hello, When running the home and rest programs on the AR3 control software, the robot does not move to the correct locations shown in the tutorial video. All of the encoders are on, but the robot does not seem to know where it is in space. Also, the limit switches do not stop the robot and the only way to stop the robot is to use the emergency stop button. We are using the teensy 3.5 version 1.53 and the Arduino 1.8.13 softwares on the robot. I was wondering if there are any suggestions for this issue, Thank you for your time, Cheers, Sam
