I've been working on it intermittently for a couple of months, and finally today I launched the print of the last component.
I did a remix of Alaris' original designs and Chris' designs modeling a new platform to house the DS3225 servo. Not having a CNC machine in the workshop, I also replaced shafts 4 and 5 with off the shelf steel dowel pins, and modeled a new shaft 1 with a 4 mm through hole in which I inserted a reinforcing steel bar. Shafts 2 and 3 have been temporarily replaced by M4 screws, waiting for an better aesthetic solution, but for the moment they are doing their job.
At the moment I don't have much bandwidth available, but I plan to be able to carry out the first tests in the next few days, and once I have verified that the gripper works correctly, I plan to organize the bom, models and assembly instructions and publish here on the forum
