The place where the 32009 bearing sits within the J1 housing is 75mm, and the bearing has an OD of 75mm. Is this supposed to be smaller on the housing for a press fit, which the manual says it is? I am wondering what to machine the housing it to. Similarly, the J1 spindle has an OD of 44.983mm where the bearing sits, and the 32009 bearing is 45mm ID. Is this supposed to slip on or also be a press fit? Thanks

Can anyone tell me what I should base the dimensions on when making the aluminium parts - the solidworks files I guess? But will it have the right drill diameters?

I am having trouble locating the encoder cables in Australia, I was hoping someone might be able to give me another name for them? I can find the connectors easily enough, although I wouldn't know how to go about inserting wires and creating a cable myself.

Hi, I am just wondering about how much of each colour do I need? The manual says white, black, green brown and blue and 100ft of each, but do you really need that much of each colour? What could I get away with? Thanks.
