Hello everybody, I am ordering the pneumatic gripper for the AR3 robot, however I noticed that in the manual the gripper shown has a cable attached to it. The grippers I am looking at online do not have cables attached to them, and I was wondering whether or not you need a cable with the gripper you are using?

Hello, I am writing in this forum because I have run into a roadblock while building the AR3 robot, and was wondering if anybody has suggestions. I assembled the J2 motor, and in the next step I had to connect it to the robot by sliding the J2 motor shaft into the J2 spindle. However the motor assembly is not able to be fully inserted through the J2 turret housing, and as a result I was not able to secure the J2 motor base plate to the J1 base platform. I used lubricant to try to get the motor assembly to fit through the J2 turret housing, and even put the assembly in the freezer for 30 minutes, and also used sander paper to smooth the shaft of the J2 motor. None of those methods worked, so I was wondering if I maybe misunderstood something or am doing something wrong? If anyone answers this I greatly appreciate it

I am currently working on the AR3 robot for a school project. I am working on my presentation, and I was wondering if AR3 is an abbreviation for anything? If not, that is cool too, I'm just a little bit curious. Thank you to whoever answers this in advance.

Hello everybody, I see on that on pages 76 and 77 of the AR3 Robot Manual that you have to cut 12 22 awg wires and put them in a bundle, and solder 18 awg wire on that bundle. This is probably right but to me it felt like it might be the other way around (twelve 18 awg wires and one 22 awg wire), so I just wanted to make sure that's the way and I'm not overthinking it. Also, I was wondering the flexibility on the wires? For example does it need to be exactly 22, or can it also be 20 or 24. Thanks in advance to whoever answers this.

I recently got the AR3 robot kit and when placing the #32009 races in the J1 Turret Housing, the races got stuck so I put the J1 turret housing in the freezer, and after I took it out the races were firmly in the housing, but after a couple days it became loose again. My question is how should I get the #32009 races to fit inside the turret housing, should I put the turret housing in the oven and the bearing races in the freezer again? Or should I do it another way?
