Thank you Steve

I wanted to thank Steve Kemnitzer for his donation to the high school students at Payette River Technical Academy. Steve build the AR4 for his own education and experience, after building the robot Steve donated his build to the students at the Payette River Technical Academy.

I've added some new vision functionality. You can download software version and sketch version 2.2 to try it out. I also added an updated CUI sketch version 2.2 for people with the AR3's CUI encoder
