Sorry for the hassle everyone, I got some feedback from my website moderator and there was a setting not allowing people to create posts. I'm not sure how or when this setting was created or why it was set this way but I believe it should be fixed now. Please let me know if anyone is still unable to see the "Create New Post" button.
