    Debur, clean, and chase all holes with bolts before you start.

     

    I used a bench vise with wood jaws to press bearings, and blocks of wood to push deeper. Note: Avoid saw dust from entering race ways.

    keep me posted if there are any parts you find that need excessive de-burred or chased and I will review with the machining vendor.

      Nothing exhaustive but I’ll try to include useful stuff as well as general progress. Most of the 3d printed parts ... not sure I like the colors but it was the least offensive of the filament I had sitting around
