There is a mention in the manual that "Make sure the SET SCREWS are tensioned such that there is no play in bearing but not much tension so that the motor and shaft still spin freely in housing"
My confusion is that how can we make sure that there is no play in the bearings after inserting SET SCREWS.
Shall I tight them until the they just touches the bearings?
Yes just a light tension after they touch the bearings, you should not feel any play or side to side movement in the axis.
