Hello community! I finally completed my build and the robot home properly to the limit switches. However when it finishes the procedure and goes to the "vertical" position the J5 and J3 are still at an angle. Also J4 is slightly rotated while J1 and J6 looks Ok.
I looked at the procedure and the videos and do not see any procedure to correct this.
I checked that J5 is at the proper angle as per the instruction
Looking for some help and suggestions!! Thanks in advance!
its hard to say but I suspect it may be a couple different issues with the limit switches. The J3 looks to be off by a few degrees and I assume its at the vertical position which is 1 degree so it could be variance or a bend in the limit switch. J5 is obviously further off which may be how the limit switch is mounted. if you want to send me a video of it doing the auto calibration that may help me better see what may be going on email@example.com also you could upgrade to the AR4 software which has calibration offsets for the limit switches which is something I wish I had added to the AR3 software.
