I ordered the aluminum kit about a month or so ago and I was totally impressed with the fit and finish of all of the various parts. Spent a little time confirming all the deburs were complete and then did a quick polish and buff on the parts. I received the belts, bearings and screws hardware kit last week and was finally able to start some assembly. Started the morning activity with my 12 year old grandson and spent several hours reading the instructions and building the sub-assemblies in order. The grandson left at noon, but I kept at it the whole day. By 8pm I had the bones of the arm assembled. All the parts in place (no motors yet), but it sure looked nice.
My hat is off to you sir. The attention to detail in the manual, in the fabrication of the parts, in the packaging of the misc parts and screws, it all adds up to a great assembly experience. You are a joy and I appreciate the hours of planning the design, of working out the kinks and then deciding to share it with the world. Many thanks, John Anderson
