Thanks for your reply Danielle. As I have already written to you, I am a hobbyist. I built Chris Annin's robotic arm which is an open source project. I have no commercial purpose at the moment as I hope you understand. In the future I would like to make a robotic arm for welding, but I am still far away. The day I become a manufacturer I will certainly buy your commercial software but for now please consider me a student like anyone who follows the development of Crhis Annin's AR3 robot arm. Thanks. Of course I'm not alone building the AR3 project, so many others could take advantage of this Open source and Robodk project..Regards Antoino Bortiglio .P.S: Chris Annin's AR3 6-axis robotic arm is in your library Il giorno lun 21 mar 2022 alle ore 15:37 Danielle Hickey <danielle@robodk.com> ha scritto: Hi Antonino, Thanks for your interest in RoboDK! What do you use your robots for? Are you working for a company? Educational licenses should not be used for production purposes. That's why, unfortunately, we can only offer educational licenses to universities for educational purposes. RoboDK's price is the most competitive in the simulation and offline programming market, we hope you understand. If you would like a formal quote or if you have any questions we'll be happy to help. I would not pay for professional use. I hope one day to be able to buy your professional license, my goal is to build a robotic arm for welding. Today I would need a study license of 145 euros. I don't have the possibility to spend 2500 euros. Thank you Antonino Bortiglio from Italy
